Colorman Marketing Collateral
When Colorman, one of Europe's most advanced printing and packaging specialists, asked me to create a suite of promotional collateral targeting the Pharma and Medical sectors, it provided an opportunity to showcase the exceptional standards that define their business.
Working closely with Marketing Manager Lorna Merrins, I collaborated on both the messaging and content structure for a premium brochure designed to resonate with a highly discerning audience—professionals who value precision, quality and attention to detail above all else. The brochure established a distinctive visual identity that was subsequently extended to the design I created for a trade stand exhibited at the Making Pharmaceuticals & Distributing Pharmaceuticals event in Coventry.
Central to the creative approach was the positioning statement, Dedicated to Perfection. Every aspect of the brochure was designed to demonstrate Colorman's expertise, not simply describe it. Specialist finishes including gold foil, silver foil, UV varnish and braille were incorporated throughout to showcase the breadth of their print capabilities, resulting in a tactile and visually striking marketing tool for prospective clients.
Achieving the final result required a rigorous review process. Multiple test prints were produced and carefully evaluated to ensure each finish delivered the desired impact. From the precision of the foiling and varnish application to the selection of paper stocks and finishing techniques, every detail was refined until it met the exacting standards the project demanded.
The completed brochure, exhibition stand and supporting visuals presented a confident, premium brand experience that communicated Colorman's expertise, innovation and commitment to excellence—qualities that continue to distinguish them within the highly competitive Pharma and Medical marketplace.
